Let me tell you a story. There's old Mr. Thompson, lives just around the corner. He's been going to Rowlands for years. One day, he's struggling with his blood pressure meds, can't remember when to take them. The pharmacist, she's a gem, she sits him down, explains it all, even writes it down for him. Next time you see Mr. Thompson, he's beaming, blood pressure under control, and all because someone at Rowlands took the time to care.
