M & J Evans Construction Ltd Reviews

So, you're thinking about hiring M & J Evans Construction Ltd, huh? Let's grab a coffee and chat about 'em, yeah?

First off, who are these guys? Well, they've been around since the 70s, making them practically ancient in construction years. But don't worry, they've evolved with the times. They're not still using typewriters and slide rules, promise.

What do they do?

M & J Evans, they're like the Swiss Army knife of construction. They do it all - new builds, refurbishments, maintenance. You name it, they've probably done it. From schools to offices, hospitals to hotels, they've left their mark all over the place.

But enough about their resume, let's talk about what really matters - reviews. You know, those little nuggets of wisdom from people who've been where you are now. So, what are folks saying about M & J Evans?

Let's dive in!

Quality over quantity

First things first, these guys are all about the quality. They don't cut corners, and they use materials that'll last. It's like they're building for the future, not just for now. One reviewer even said they were "like a fine wine, they just get better with age." Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

And get this, they're so confident in their work, they offer a 10-year warranty on their projects. I mean, that's like a construction company proposing to you and saying, "I'm in this for the long haul, babe."

Communication is key

You know what's annoying? When you're trying to plan a project, and the construction company is MIA. Not with M & J Evans, though. They're all about the communication. They'll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you're never left in the dark.

One reviewer said, "They explained everything like I was a 5-year-old, and I loved it." Now, that's service with a smile. Plus, they're always available to answer questions, no matter how silly they might seem. Trust me, I've asked some doozies in my time.

They care, they really care

M & J Evans, they're not just in it for the money. They genuinely care about their clients. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. It's like having a personal construction fairy godmother.

Take this review, for example: "They went out of their way to make sure our project was perfect. It was like they were building for their own family." Now, that's what I call customer service.

But they're not perfect, no one is

Now, before you go signing on the dotted line, let's talk about the not-so-great stuff. Because, let's face it, no construction company is perfect. Some reviewers have mentioned that their projects can take a little longer than expected. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right?

And there have been a few complaints about their pricing. It's not the cheapest out there, but remember, you get what you pay for. These guys are investing in quality, not just quantity.

Well, that depends on what you're looking for. If you want a construction company that's all about quality, communication, and customer care, then these guys might just be your dream team.

But if you're on a tight budget and you need it done yesterday, you might want to keep looking. Because M & J Evans, they're not about cutting corners or rushing jobs. They're in it for the long haul, just like that fine wine.
